Vipp55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Vipp55 supports a variety of convenient and secure deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. There is no maximum deposit limit set; however, vipp55 reserves the right to request supporting documents for deposits exceeding a certain amount as part of the KYC compliance process.
Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests submitted between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM will be processed within 1 to 24 business hours. Withdrawals for VIP Diamond members are processed in under one hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
Vipp55 offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, exclusive VIP offers, and seasonal promotions. All claimed bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.
Rollover Requirement: Every bonus received must be wagered according to the specified rollover multiplier before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM 500 in wagers before a withdrawal can be processed.
